TOP LEFT A custom designed show control system synchronises the architectural lighting inside and outside the world’s first 7 star hotel. Special effects are created by two unique water features in the main atrium. This project also included 60 moving head luminaries, the external exo-skeletal and landscape lighting.
TOP RIGHT This elegant dining room belies it’s techincal wizardry. Hidden from general view, it has discrete and silent air conditioning, multiroom audio, a disappearing TV (sometimes a mirror), underfloor heating, centrally controlled room temperature sensors and strategically placed security sensors.
BOTTOM LEFT A complete mood lighting solution. Lighting is controlled using wall mounted touch pads and a universal remote control. While the owner is away, it can also be controlled over the internet. This room automatically lights up when the owner enters the room and switches itself off again when they leave.
BOTTOM RIGHT This room is a cinema, a games theatre and a golf simulation experience. It has silent air conditioning, (important for a great listening experience), telephone intercom, mood lighting with integrated ‘climate’ control. All the heating and air conditioning systems work as one to maintain the selected comfort level.
