We're with you every step of the way

Our approach to any project, however large or small, usually follows a similar process. We like to meet with the client, see plans of the project and get an overview of what the client would ideally like to achieve. We can then offer a variety of different solutions for each aspect of the proposal, depending very much on the functionality and level of integration required and the budget in mind.

We are also able to offer a range of suggestions for items which the client may not have originally specified, or thought were out of their price range, did not think were possible in the available space, or simply did not know existed. This is where our experience, expertise and creativity come into play and also where it is of huge benefit to the client that we are ‘kit agnostic’. We are not tied to any particular products and service particular products and service solutions which leaves us free to specify the best, the most energy efficient and the most cost effective solution for every project upon which we work.

We will then draft a full proposal document, costing out all aspects of the project and split generally into three distinct categories; system design work, cable and kit requirements, and programming and commissioning work.

These 3 sectors form the basis of the consultation process and this is very much a working document from which we can start to plan any project.

Design drawings are the next phase, clear and precise direction on what cable has to be laid where. We then undertake conformity testing to ensure that all of the cables are in working order before the wall and ceilings etc are closed in and plastered over. The next stage is to install the kit, the servers and players etc which will send and receive instructions from all parts of the project. The final stage is really a two part process; firstly the choice of the user interfaces – what TV will be installer, what design of switches, controllers or wall panels will be used, along with the final programming to ensure that every piece of equipment functions in the way the client wants it to.

This is all a creative process, it will change along the way with the needs and requirements of the client, this is not unusual and we are here to make sure that at the end the client has exactly the functionality needed and wanted.
